Beginning of your 4-week trip through the United States
I start in the Big Apple, where I take pictures next to Liberty or run around with stores in Central Park! I rush to D. C. for two CHARMING days in museums and at the Lincoln Memorial. Ashley Peterson from Washington, D. C. claims this city “rays” with history. Stones are meant to wash off some political dirt that sticks on a city’s back as it grows over time! I will then go to Boston and Philadelphia for a couple of days each. While in Boston, I follow the Freedom Trail and in Philadelphia. The TRUE atmosphere at Philly is one of Natalie Morris’s favorite spots.
How can you plan for your coast-to-coast American road trip?
I left the East Coast and head towards Chicago for three days to see the magnets at Willis Tower and have some deep-dish pizza there.
Then, I head off to Utah where I visit AMAZING national yards such as Bends NP and Bryce Valley NP for a few days. Afterwards I arrive to Arizona for more walking fun with an investigation at Grand Valley! Also, there is a walk across Stone Valley.
This area mirrors WILD western culture, shaped by many cowboy movies filmed there.
Some ways you can travel around national yards during your trip to America
I spend three days at Yellowstone. It has springs that explode just like thin fire nuts into the air.
I watched for bison and bears.
My next job is Yosemite where I will spend three days among huge trees and plenty of falls.
Advice on transport options for a US road trip: Should you drive yourself around or not?
I prefer buses or trains to get to my jobs.
I avoid traffic, especially in places where other operators are interested. So, I watch for good parking spots and then park the car. My trip goes well and is also simple and it doesn’t matter the weather. Have you tried Guess the Drive Time? I always try to be very COMPLETE with the map.
Mostly because some exchanges can become longer than expected! I say. Can you bond? Share your stories of UNEXPECTED long drives!
Weather-Wise on Your Cross-Country Road Trip
Throughout the journey, the temperature differs from warm to cool. I make sure to dress in layers to counter the cold weather when I transport from one place to another.
The Best Dining Experiences Across America
I eat something that is not a fast food on my journeys, i.e.
Southern fry, West Coast seafood, and local treats.
I want to taste the atmospheres of the area from high-class restaurants to food trucks. Plan a grand tour as it is a difficult thing to achieve but in the end, it is a BEAUTIFUL. I go to LOVELY places such as New York and Yosemite and every day brings FRESH experiences.
